If, after our initial meeting to discuss your requirements, you would like to proceed the following would apply:

 

Home purchase

A Registration Fee of £750 for purchases below £1m, and £1000 for purchases of £1m and above.

A Success Fee of 1.25% of the final agreed purchase price, less the Registration Fee, due and payable on exchange of contracts

Home rental

A Registration Fee of £500

A Success Fee of one month's rent, less the Registration Fee, payable on signing of the tenancy agreement
